Ashlyn Williams was born and raised in Augusta. She graduated from Young Harris College with her BFA in Media Communication Studies and went on to write for a travel magazine in Ireland for a post-grad internship. She has been with NewsChannel 6 since 2019 when she started as a digital producer before she moved over to WJBF-TV as a sales coordinator. When she isn't working, she loves spending time with her family, friends and dog Ghost.
